I love strong coffee, but strong shouldn’t mean burnt or overly bitter. We start with naturally bold Vietnamese beans and roast them to bring out their chocolate, caramel, and rich coffee character — so the strength comes from the coffee itself, not from roasting it until it tastes burnt.
Coffee is something I drink every single day, so I care about what goes into it. Our coffee is grown without pesticides or growth stimulants, made from carefully selected ripe cherries, and has no added flavors. Just coffee, handled with care from farm to cup.
We source from Vietnam’s highlands, where the elevation, climate, and rich soil create ideal growing conditions. The cherries are picked ripe and carefully processed to preserve more of their natural sweetness, aroma, and character.
