01
Our coffee costs more. We pay more for carefully selected Vietnamese beans, ripe cherries, careful processing, and fresh roasting in the U.S. because every step affects the quality, flavor, and consistency of the final cup.
Better coffee costs more to make. We think it’s worth it.
02
Our coffee isn’t roasted to taste burnt. Vietnamese coffee is naturally bold, so we don’t need to rely on an overly dark roast just to create intensity. We roast to keep more of the chocolate, caramel, sweetness, and smooth finish in the cup.
Strong should come from the bean - not from burning it.
03
We care about what happens before the coffee reaches your cup. How the cherries are grown, picked, sorted, processed, dried, and roasted all shape the final taste. Better raw coffee gives us a better starting point before roasting even begins.
Better coffee starts long before brewing
04
Our coffee isn’t roasted in huge batches just to sit around for months. We roast regularly in the U.S. so the coffee reaches you while its aroma and flavor are still fresh, instead of tasting flat or stale.
Fresh coffee simply tastes better.
05
Our coffee is made to be noticed. Vietnamese Robusta naturally contains substantially more caffeine than typical Arabica, giving you a stronger, more noticeable boost from the bean itself without depending on an excessively dark roast.
We make coffee for people who want to feel their coffee.
06
For many of our customers, coffee isn’t something they drink once in a while.
It’s every single day.
That’s why they choose Mây: coffee with a clear origin, simple ingredients, clean sourcing and a smooth taste they can actually look forward to each morning.

Saigon Honey is our signature espresso, inspired by the bold, naturally sweet character of traditional Vietnamese coffee. Made from honey-processed Robusta grown at around 1,200 meters in Vietnam's Central Highlands, it delivers a rich body, thick crema, and smooth sweetness—bringing familiar comfort with a more refined espresso experience.
When I started Mây, I had one simple goal: to share Vietnamese coffee I’m truly proud of. We care about every step, because I want every bag you receive to be something I’d happily share with my own family and friends.
Better coffee doesn’t have to mean expensive coffee. Bold, smooth, traceable Vietnamese coffee - without the coffee shop price.
