Espresso Brown Coffee

Espresso is mixed with condensed milk, then poured into a glass full of ice. This bold, refreshing drink is prepared in just two minutes. The type of map you don't know you need to choose when you quickly click the first time.

  • Brew time 25–30 seconds

  • Coffee dose 20 g

Brew Method

1 Preheat your espresso machine. Grind 20g of coffee to an extra-fine setting and pack evenly into the portafilter. Tamp with steady, level pressure.
2 Pull your shot — 20g in, 40g out. Aim for 25–30 seconds. Watch for a steady, honey-colored stream.
3 Add 1–2 tbsp of condensed milk directly into the hot espresso. Stir until fully dissolved.
4 Fill a glass with ice.
5 Pour the espresso mixture over the ice. Serve immediately.
